My husband & I were just at this location today passing by from a Chicago trip. We had a SUPER sweet employee take care of us,... her name was Michelle! She brightened our day with how friendly she was. We have visited several Checkers locations and becauseof Michelle?s great customer service, this is the one we will always return to on our trips! The location on Boughton and 53, I went at 630pm. Fries were limp and cold. I guess they weren't expecting me to drive back... around and ask for fresh fries. Seems to always be new people working there. I can see why there's a quick turn around withstaff. Never going to stop going. What can I say, I reminds me of my tiny childhood. I will add that every time i go, I willensure my food is as quality, as I know they have to potential of given me. Period. Read more
Drove over an hour to come here. Go to walk in and the doors are locked, the employee sitting inside pointed to the drive thru.... So we go to the drive thru and are rudely informed that they are only fulfilling Uber orders due to being short staffed which Ifound funny considering one employee was inside sitting on a chair talking to the other one. So incredibly disappointed. I wouldhave been more understanding if the workers were at least polite, but that was not the case. Read more
I ordered a baconzilla burger and it was the worst burger I?ve ever had. It didn?t taste like meat. It tasted like cardboard. ... They have a lot of fillers in that meat. I could have gone to McDonald?s for that. Never again will I go there. Read more
I went through the drive through it was fast. The Employees we're very nice said Thank You and Have a Nice Night. We loved how... they put all combo meals in different bags made it so easy to hand out. I appreciate that because a lot of places now just handyou the food and slam the window. My food was good. Had an especially good experience today. Attention to detail! Excellentwork!! Food was fresh and great!
