This particular location is as speedy as the can be. Employees are welcoming. And of course excellent food. The cashier was... friendly we received our order very quickly considering how busy they were. My favorite is the spicy chicken sandwich and don?tmiss out on the chick-fil-a sauce. After every customer would leave the table someone would come immediately to disinfect it.It?s no question Chick-fil-A has some of the best customer service in the industry. Great job! Restaurant was pretty gross. Trash left on tables and spills under the tables. The young woman at the register was sniffing and... wiping her nose on her shirt. Milkshakes are AMAZING! First time for the Peach one, and it tasted light and fruity. The chicken sandwiches and waffle fries... aren't bad either. Anything with the Chick-fil-A sauce is delicious. The car line at 8pm was long, with at least 12 cars aheadof us, but the employees were really efficient, quick to take our order & payment as we drove up. By the time we got to thewindow, our order was ready. Perfectly filled order - they remembered the sauce, straws, and napkins! Way to go Chick-fil-A!I'll be back again soon! Read more

This is the second time that I've used the app to order curbside. When I arrived at the Bolingbrook location I drove near the... drive thru folks and asked where to go for my curbside order. I was instructed where to go and I sat there for 15 mins, butstill no order. I went back to ask the drive thru folks and they contacted the supervisor. They checked for a few minutes butdidn't know where my order was. Finally, they figured it out and found my order. The supervisor told me that there was amiscommunication on their part. Since part of the curbside area was under construction, the food was only available for carryout from inside the restaurant. I was fine with the minor inconvenience, however, the food ended up getting cold. So, I askedif they could give me fresh fries since the food sat on the counter for 15 mins. The supervisor said that they could give mefresh fries if I paid for them. I was a bit shocked to hear that...he said that since the order was made and was waiting insidethat it wasn't their fault. But it was the drive thru person who instructed me where to go to wait who should have been blamedfor the issue, but the supervisor made it sound like it was my fault. My children and family really likes Chick-fi-a and weorder here often, but this may be my last time I ever order purchase Chick-fil-a. Read more
