Only negative here was that the... drive-thru menu was difficult to read and navigate for someone who doesn't attend Culver's often. Usually very good. Today, not so much. Gave custard early melted by the time they got me my food. We asked for large fries got... small. We didn't pay for large, not the point. We ordered a mushroom swiss double, were charged for it but got a double deluxewith american cheese. Next time I'm telling them bring my custard when they bring the meal. This was my first and last time experiencing Culver?s. The amount of grease on my burger was disgusting. After the first bite I... could instantly feel my arteries clogging and I?m pretty sure I now have type 2 diabetes. If you hate your health this is theplace for you. 1/10 wouldn?t recommend. I like their Wisconsin Swiss melt. Every time I come here that?s my go to. I also like the cheese curds and pretzels bites. This... location is super close to me but that?s not the reason I go to it. Food was super good! I really enjoyed the butter burger and it was honestly one of the best burgers I've gotten from fast food.... I also really enjoyed the cheesecake concrete desert and would recommend for others to try it. The picture of the Reesesconcrete was also really good. Read more
The service is almost top notch. They used to ask for your I.D. when Check I.D. was on the back of the card. They seem to be lax... on that now. I'm quite disappointed with them on this matter. The food is fantastic! I love Culver's. I would eat there 2 timesa week if I could afford it. If I weren't disabled to the point I can't stand for more than 20 minutes at a time, I wouldprobably work there. They are always friendly. They get the food out in a reasonable fashion. Though the problem I have beenhaving as of late is the fries are not done. They are a soggy mess. They need to be cooked so they are crispy. If you wouldn'teat it, why would you sell it to your customers? Read more
