The wife and I had the Blackened Redfish. Way overcooked and dry as a bone!!! And there was absolutely zero flavor. The only... flavor was from the salt I put on it! And the garlic mashed potatoes have no garlic flavor whatsoever. The waitress who was verynice asked if I wanted another piece of fish I kindly declined guessing that it would be as dry as these two pieces were so whybother!! I talk to the manager on the way out she said thanks we will notify they cook. How many times does they cook have toget a bad review in order to get fired and hire somebody that will cook the food the way it's supposed to be This was our firsttime at this restaurants and will be our last!!!! When Bass Pro first opened up, this restaurant was a great place to spend time after shopping. However, a few years ago, the... menu changed and with that so did the product. Other than the tank being the same, the food was just not up to the bar they hadset previously. I have only been back once since the menu change and it's not hard to stay there after shopping with all thefood choices that are cheaper and tastier nearby in the mall. Read more
