This place used to be really good, where you got sandwiches fast and made correctly. The last several times I've been there... there's either been an ingredient missing off my sandwich or a miniscule of ingredients added to the sandwich and I have to waitseveral minutes. I have no idea why we keep giving this location so many chances over the years.......today was the last time. Really pathetic... that you can't even place a extremely simple order with NOT one special request. If you order a #4 and a #5 with ZERO extrarequests or instructions ......why oh why is it such a difficult request to receive the actual sandwiches you ordered? Read more

They had improved their service a lot in recent years, but I am sad to say I will not be using this location much anymore. They... got new owners and made their delivery area significantly smaller, cutting our home out. For a little while, if we called(instead of using the website), they would still honor it but now they won't do that anymore either, so we have no way ofgetting Jimmy John's delivery anymore. Everybody who works here is amazing. They know what they're doing, and will help you with anything you need. People need to... understand that these drivers take 3-4 deliveries at a time to keep up with all of the incoming orders, so a 20-30 delivery timewait is nothing to complain about. Although this location has one of the biggest delivery zones in the area, they still get mysandwiches to me FREAKY FAST! Read more
