Ok so I wish I can rate them multiple times. I ordered an order for delivery, I tried to call to add something that'd I'd forgot... to order. The phone rang for 20min, then I hung up and called back after another few minutes was put on hold to where I canlisten to EVERYTHING THEY WE'RE SAYING. I heard my name come up so my dasher was likely there, probably forgot my soda for theevery time I ordered one. I had to listen to workers argue about their personal relationships and how people only call them atwork instead of trying to help me, a customer. This place is a joke, your staff is a joke. I wanted to see about adding a thincrust before my door dash person got there and was treated like I didn't matter, me, a customer who still orders from there eventhough it is one of the worst locations from Canada to Georgia. I wouldn't recommend this location to my worst enemy. The staffand obviously the owner for hiring them is a disgrace to the name. The ONLY reason I order from there ever anymore is because ofthe lower prices and it's the only chain that delivers to me. I should've just drove to dominos but I've had a long day and amtired. Rethink your staff! Disgusting how customers are treated,I never treat my customers like that at my jobs. I think Ideserve something for what I put up with her every time. I can't even count how many times they forgot my drink and got the runaround from the store and door dash. Again, disgusted by the way your customers are treated. i was about to open the door to enter in and barbara, one of the cashiers, opened the door for me! was very delighted from that.... after receiving my pizza (which was fantastic btw) we had some conversation and i mentioned how i didn't know any places to getbaptized at and barbara led me to the back room and ended up baptizing me with the marinara sauce! after 4 hours later we endedup baptizing 7 customers and her whole staff! barbara is an incredible worker and i hope to see her again soon. When I visited, they told me that their systems were down and I could not pay with Cash. I had to drive to another location in... Bolingbrook that was about 30min away from where I live, just to get the food that I wanted. Was not a happy camper, especiallysince all I wanted was a Hot n Ready Pepperoni Pizza. If you're lucky, you can snag a free pizza near closing time as they generally just throw them out or take them home..pizzas are... fairly good; could use a dash of salt..three guest protocol while not strictly enforced, is good for both patrons and business.Best spot in town for a pizza spot too, three stars because of certain menu options being slightly overpriced. This location isn't the greatest. Wait times are usually long, rarely are the pizzas hot and ready. And today the cashier was... either not trained properly or was trying to pull a fast one on me. Gave her cash but then she tried to overcharge me theremainder on my card. They need help at this location for sure. Read more
