Average McDonald?s with all the modern finishes? they make an emphasis on minimizing human contact (order via app, serve to... table, etc) which is fine? however when ordering to table, they often leave it at the counter without calling a name or ordernumber and without bringing to table!! This is the worst McDonald's in the area. Never get order right buns stale service poor even when though they've made a mistake!
I?m usually a regular at this location and has never experienced any issues until tonight. I received 3 orders of cold fries. I... kindly asked the employee (who refused to share her name) for fresh fries due to them being cold. She took the fries, closed thewindow, threw the fries while screaming OH MY GOD, they want fresh fries. Employee returned to the window, I asked her name. Shehad attitude and was extremely rude while refusing to give her name. She then turned around and locked the window and consultedwith coworkers as if we were the ones causing an issue. I could have not possibly did anything wrong by asking for fresh fries.Her coworker was extremely nice but also refused to give her employee name. As we waited for the fresh fries, one employeereturned to my car with the completion of another order for my passenger but never returned with my fresh fries! The employeeproceeded to turn off the lights, lock the door, lock the drive window, and constantly hung the phone up on me when I called.This is extremely unacceptable and disheartening the way we were treated as REGULARS! DO NOT EAT HERE! They will lie to your face and say the food is fresh when it?s obviously not. We have an autistic child who is... picky about his food. We both looked into the person at the window eyes and asked if they were fresh and he said ?yes? and theywere not. All we ordered were chicken nuggets and a small fry. The future is here! All done without a live person. You order from a kiosk, enter your table number, pay, and it gives you your... order number. Quite a cumbersome and confusing process as it asks for you to enter in your table tent number or scan it, butthere are no table tents anywhere. The table tent system is already obsolete. Instead you must type in the table number at theedge of your selected dining table, but nowhere does it tell you that. Additionally, this is a credit card only process, nocash accepted in the lobby. The computer screen shows your order number, and then you wait for your completed order to becalled. Finally, a real live person comes out from the kitchen and yells out an order number. Yay that's mine! Way tooconfusing. Not easy to use or figure out. Good try but a fail at modernizing the process using technology. Everyone was great in the drive thru plus we got nice hot delicious fresh fries. They were actually filled up all the way too... which again thank you. Carmel frappe was good like always, one of my personal faves. We'll be back to this location if we are inthe area again. Thank you! Read more
Ordered 2 breakfast McGriddle's bacon and sausage, and a coffee, received my McGriddles with nothing but sausage and bacon... inside. And that's after I was givin a bag with fries. Had to drive back to get my screwed up breakfast. Read more
They forgot to put Happy meal toy which my kid was so looking forward to. I had to drive back 3 miles just for the toy!
