This about this specific Location ... ALWAYS.. check your order.. several times we were missing items when we got home.. I... will say that if I go back they are good about giving me something for the trouble.. but it has happened to often that it hasbecome annoying enough that I had to put a comment about it. The Soda machine had a smell to it, floors were sticky, every table was dirty. The care for quality of the food wasn't what it... used to be. Way too much garlic, oversized chopped Vegi., the egg was still whole and cilantro still on the 8" stem it grew on! Read more
Compared to other locations this store was gross. Garbage was completely full, old food swept into corners, drink machine... overflowing, and the place in general had a weird smell. Read more
Food was burnt. Soup was about half full. Noodles were disgusting. I called and the person on the phone said he has to speak to... his manager and have someone call me back but he never took my number or any info to even call back. I had to drive all the wayback and I returned it all. I will never eat at this location again. I had to literally clean off the drink machine to get mydrink. The place was also not very clean. Been here a couple of times before, with visits that are few and far in between. But I do go back to see if things have changed... or improved since my last visit. This time I ordered Pad Thai, as the other items on the menu were like new inventions, notreally the traditional noodles. Once again, I wasn?t very enthusiastic with my dinner. The Pad Thai noodles were al dente. Doesthe chef know that Asian noodles should be soft? Perhaps I needed a knife so I don?t have to be slurping the long noodles. Thereis an extra charge to add meat. I chose diced chicken. The dish was tasty, and had the right ingredients of a traditional PadThai except that it was a bit greasy with light vegetable of olive oil. This definitely was an American Style recipe. If theycan?t get my Pad Thai right, I doubt if I would even try their other Asian noodles.Note to self: If you get cravings for PadThai, go to a mom and pop Thai restaurant. We stopped here for take out. The service was fast and friendly and the place looked clean. The staff was knowledgeable about... various allergy related items on their menu. They offer a patio for those who like to enjoy their meal outside. The location isconvenient, but maybe a bit difficult to find at first. Read more
Employees don't really want to help you with their app. Difficult to navigate. Walked out without making a purchase. What a... waste of my time! We are past the whole pandemic time. They need to go back to customer service. Read more
