Horrible location! Nasty attitudes from the ?managers? and I say managers jokingly! Twice they messed up my order when I... specifically said my child had a food allergy of tomatoes/mushrooms! Both times they added that into my bowl! I called just fortheir lousy manager to say ?he could offer me a coupon? forget that had my child consumed this meal he could he hit with alawsuit! Horrible!! The noodles were hard like they'd been sitting out and the cheese sauce(?) for my Mac n cheese was runny and... tasteless and there was barely enough to coat the noodles. Same with the bowl my friend ordered. Neither of us could finishour meals. Read more
Very disappointed in my order. I had the buttered noodles and parmeaean crusted chicken. The chicken was burned the noodles had... some pink stuff under them. I threw it away. A waste of money. I live overseas and have not had noodles and co in over a yearand could not believe what they gave me. I ordered 1 item from the menu at 155pm this afternoon. It took 17 minutes to prepare! I saw 4 people at a table that ordered... before me and their food was given to them at the same time! There were 5 employees working in the kitchen! I also waited 3minutes for someone to come to the register to take my order. I attached a picture of the only garbage area inside therestaurant way over filled! There was garbage all over the parking lot! I will not be going back there. I will continue to goto the Woodridge location. Read more
This was my first time trying this restaurant and I enjoyed it! Noodles could have used a little more sauce, but it was good!
