Visited this store during the labor day weekend. It was not busy at all. The store was all neat & organized apart from the fact... that the bathroom started draining out all of a sudden causing all wet floors. The store employees were pretty quick to takeaction on it & get things under control. We got multiple chocolate ???? ???? scoops plus a frozen quart cup for later. Mylittle one always wants to come to Oberweis because she loves to get the free balloon ???? whenever possible. Read more

I haven't had this good of an ice cream in such a long time. Heavenly good! Definitely have to try it all!

Unfortunately this visit to oberweiss was sub par. We have enjoyed this ice cream in the past but a few issues this time made it... disappointing. First, the amount of ice cream in a two scoop cup was small compared to our other order. It didn't even come tothe top of the cup. Secondly, the cherry ice cream tasted like freezer burn. The freezers in the store looked trashy. There wasgarbage at the bottom (box scraps, discard products, and just dirty) and the freezer products were covered in ice. Even if therewas a problem with the freezers, they should be embarrassed to have the store look like this. Read more

I got the regular Oreo Frostbite and boy, was I happy. The amount of ice cream you get is insane and it's extremely creamy and... delicious. Oberweis is always a stop of ours when we are in the Chicago area. Love love love this place! Read more
