I came here and ordered 2 drinks and a sandwich. The young man behind the counter was pleasant, however Mishell (sp) was... absolutely RUDE!!!! I frequent Starbucks quite often and have always received great customer service. Her CS skills were theWORST. I simply was making a statement about star points and she very rudely said " we don't have a QR reader",which would havebeen fine had she not been so obnoxious about it. No wonder they only have 3 star rating at this location. Do yourself a favorand go across the parking lot much friendlier service. Read more
Went last night for coffee and hot chocolate before walking to see the tree. They said they had no decaf, but they had pour... over. Oh yeah that's decaf. They had NO sugar. In a coffee place. They had to make hot chocolate twice because it was lukewarm the first time and slightly warm the second time. She forgot our cakes. Neither girl smiled once. I get it, they don'twant to be there, but they're getting paid and it was $13 for absolutely the worst experience ever. Read more
Not friendly workers. I asked if they can split a venti into two cups which all starbucks ive been to has split it for my kids... and they said they cant do it. I've been to the same starbuck before with different barista and they did split a venti into twodifferent cups. You call that lazy. There's no line at all that they could've split it. Read more
I'm giving it a four because of Ashley. She went above and beyond to fix a bad experience. My kid smacked my coffee over and it... went everywhere! She replaced it and helped my daughter not to feel so embarrassed, which she was. Starbucks is Starbucks butAshley made it a better experience. Read more
I live nearby, and know both Starbucks inside Macys and the one outside with a drive-through fairly well. The problem is that... while I have never had any issues with a drive through one, sometimes, they are way too busy, and I get to choose the one insideMacy?s. I have never had a good coffee at this place. Multiple times, I encountered very unprofessional staff, once, I paid formy coffee and was completely forgotten to be served one!! Today, however, has brought a ?cherry? on top of all experiences. Thepanini I brought home has a corner chewed of with two bite marks. It was placed in a paper bag with bite marks facing down, soif you would eat it straight from the bag - you would never know!!!!! Luckily, I always take mine out and put it on a plate. Did not put 8 full pumps and doesn?t taste good at all. Good bagel and creams cheese.
Everytime I go here there is a huge line inside and out. The drive thru line is not speedy by any means. I don't understand... how they could always be understaffed or just hiring incompetent workers. Read more
