This location is very dirty. Oil is barely changed. I don't know who manages this place but they are doing a horrible job.... Teenagers are usually working which is typical but they are not trained well and also just don't care. I live in Bolivar andwill travel to strasburg location instead of going there. Health inspector really needs to take a look. Read more
Absolute worst! I get being short handed, I manage fast food, but the order taker was completely rude, fries were cold chewy and... unsalted. Spent over $20 on old garbage. I will be sure to advise everyone I know not to go here. Maybe a little friendlinesswould help. I'm not loving it! Read more
Every single time I go here no matter the time of day or the amount of people in line in the drive thru they are extremely slow.... I mostly stop on my way to work and I?ve given myself up to 20 extra minutes before and barely made it work on time because ofhow slow they are. If there are more than 2 other cars in the drive thru it isn?t even worth stopping because I know I?ll bethere waiting for at least 15 minutes or more. Read more
Cheeseburger was cold. I would say half cooked. Carmel Ice coffee had no taste. And fries needed salt badly !! Poor experience
I ordered a special chicken sandwich meal! My chicken was burned and smelled and tasted like fish! There were small remnants... of tomatoes and pickles! There was lettuce all over the bottom of the box. They gave me 12 napkins! Read more
The normal McDonald's visit, food was generally good. We had gotten two ten pieces for our 20 piece of nuggets. One was good the... other was so so it had been around a while. Otherwise the rest of the order was spot on, fresh and the drinks were right. Youknow what I mean about the drinks, if your a frequent flyer at McDonald's. Read more
When I first drove up to the speaker box i waited for probally a good minute before anyone said hello. As I pull up to the... window some kid was on the customer side leaned over the counter talking to the young kid working BITING AWAY at his fingernails !!!! Then I was asked to pull up because I was waiting on fries. (Which who doesn't love fresh fries.) And then I watched3 cars come and go past me, some guy walk from the hotel to the gas station and come back with a big bag of stuff and stillthere I am waiting on fries. The kid finally comes out running frantically saying he's sorry for my wait... that was nice but Iwas already irritated and just said nothing and drove away. As we get home 4 minutes down the road! OUR FRIES ARE COLD! my childreceived 7 fries and our meat was warm. And having a four year old ...we received No napkins. I'd love to say that I had ahorrible experience tonight. Read more
