Everytime we order, (in town) its late! App says delivered 20 minutes before it actually arrives! Good food! Poor service!

I normally try not to leave bad reviews, but I just can't let this one go by. Let's begin by having a 5min wait before anyone... answered the phone. They weren't able to deliver because the delivery driver was in an accident so I placed my order for pickup.The young lady was not polite in any way, no "may I help you", just "Dominos". She rattled off the price and hung up withoutallowing me to ask anything else. I get there to pick up and again, no friendly service, just what's the name, and to top it offit was the wrong order! I ordered pepperoni and sausage and got pepperoni and bacon. There was no line, it didn't appear as ifthey were extremely busy for a 330 time frame. I sincerely hope the owner of this particular Dominos reads this, because thecustomer service here SUCKS!!! For them to be the only Dominos in the area, you'd think they would want repeat business, butthen again, if you're the only game in town I guess you can be as rude as you want. I ordered online and went to pick up my order! It was hot and ready on time :)) COOK! Did an absolutely astonishing job; pizza... was cooked to PERFECTION ?on a DIFFERNET note, blonde haired outgrown root girl came to window with my pizza didn?t greet me atall and threw it into my car and proceeded to slam window as hard as possible in my face. Ordered almost $40 worth of food. When we got there they had left a pizza off the order. My husband told them and specified what... kind of pizza. They asked him to come through the drive through in a few minutes and pick it up. When he gets home the pizza isa totally different pizza that no one will eat. The one correctpizza tasted awful. I called to ask them if they could refundthe incorrect pizza and they told me they knew they mixed our pizza up with someone else's but would not refund the pizza unlessI brought it all the way back up there. I called for over 30 minutes and got no answer.I went to the dominoes and stood inside to order and was completely ignored for... over 10 minutes.Could not even place my order.At 5:30 the new shift came in and gave the excuse that the 5:00 shift was justcoming in and that they had to catch up on their orders.I was talked to very rude.I will never order from them again?.not forour school parties or for any other reason.
