Extremely slow response on intercoms, even though not very busy. Polite, and friendly enough. Food is sub par, but that's true... of the whole chain. Drinks and desserts are phenomenal. Read more
i have ordered bacon hamburgers there for years and every time i mean every time like 20 times over many years they never add... the bacon and i make sure i see it on the screen and receipt. i even waited 2 years before i went back to order the same baconhamburger and of course when i got home there was no bacon. Its so sad that i have to use my nasty hands that I've been touchingeverything before i get to sonic to use them to check my food. that's just not me and very unsanitary but of course that's whatthey want you to do is check your food with nasty hands instead of getting my order correct! We ordered food here a few days ago. My boyfriend took a bite out of his burger and noticed there was something in his mouth. He... pulled out a long curly thick strand of hair from his mouth. Our appetites were completely ruined. The staff didn?t even actlike it was anything new honestly?. I only give 2 stars because they did refund my money and give me the reward I used in theapp back. Most of the time my order is right but there are times when it is not. Once, I tried to correct the cashier because the screen... was not correct in matching what I said, her demeanor quickly changed through the microphone from friendly to annoyed, order wasstill listed incorrectly and received incorrectly. Because of the frequent orders being incorrect I took away 1 star. Four starsbecause I stop here when I need something fast. Love the taste of the burgers and shakes. Chicken items tend to be dry when Iorder them, so I stick with burgers and hotdogs. Read more
They need to put fruits in when they are ordered or discount the drink. They need to thoroughly mix the drinks.
