I am very upset with the sandwiches I just picked up. They look like they barely put any meat or toppings. They are mostly... bread! They were really nice but when I got home with the sandwiches I was sorely surprised. I paid $43 for this order online! Ido not feel I got my money's worth. Read more
Not good service. I only buy salads there and they will put diet.dressing on it with out being asked to do so. They have less... service and like all restaurants they have gone up in price with less service and smaller portions. They don't even open on somedays. Since Covid this particular Sunway is not open to the public. While many others are open.. They don't answer the phone andthey don't take subway coupons! Bolivar Subway is just a drag! Read more
The older lady is Soo rude!!!! I asked fora Subway Melt(Turkey,bacon and cheese) and she put ham on my sandwich, I said I don't... want ham just turkey bacon and cheese. She aggressively told me that that's what is on the club and the owner told her that Iordered a Melt not a Club. I asked if she could toast half of my footlong and she said no. I was fed up at this point bc shedidn't cook the bacon and the owner asked do you want your bacon raw? I said just forget it, I'll cook it at home I guess. Idon't understand why she was Soo rude, the younger girl doing Drive Thru was pleasant, I wish she would have taken my order. Myplace of work has food catered often and now I know why Subway is never called. I spent $18 just to leave with raw bacon afterthis unprofessional experience. People talk in Bolivar and I have not heard one good thing about Subway and they proved everyoneright yesterday. Read more
Extremely rude! They act like they don?t want to do their job. No greeting at the drive thru or any acknowledgment that my... business was appreciated. If a customer says thank you when you hand them their food and drink, common courtesy is to say you?rewelcome or my pleasure. Nope, not here! The guy just slammed the drive thru window on me. Went and got a footlong club hardly no meat at all same with the steak and cheese they want to charge high prices but they cut... back on the meat. They will not get my business again!!!! Read more
Great as far as a Subway sandwich shop goes. They usually have whatever sandwich fixings you?re looking for if subway carries it... widely. Service is usually pretty friendly. If you?re in the mood for a sandwich you won?t find a better option for takeout inBolivar. Read more
Great customer service, very friendly staff , however , got my sandwich after leaving the drive thru and the barely any meat... skimped out on the trimmings , and barely any ice in my drink . Sandwich so light I could eat a 2nd ft long chicken and baconranch melt again . If the sandwich matched their customer service , it would be the best subway in a 60mile radius . Read more
