Ask me why I?m waiting 20 min drive through when at 9:30pm. It gets better, they made me pull to the front to wait. I ordered a... buddy burger with fries I went in after my fries sitting there no burger five ladies working there. The staff is extremely rude they don?t know how to talk to customers there were two girls working out there and both were so... rude to me just because I had to ask for my food 2 times because they were taking so long and I wanted to go back to work. Ipurchased a combo and they made me wait 20 minutes and after 20 minutes I asked for my food and she said 4 to 5 more minutes andI said I?ve been waiting so long from last 20 minutes and she said We don?t care it?s busy we can?t do anything you will have towait?like seriously this is how you will talk to customers. Please ignore this location. Really disappointed. I went here around midnight, I was the only one in the drive-thru. Just wanted a pop. The lady at the... window didn't smile, no hello, just handed me the pop. I could tell from the weight that it wasn't full, I asked if it was, shesaid nothing and closed the window. I took the lid off and it was barely filled above half. I like the burgers but of all the fast food restaurants I think A & W is by far the saltiest food. I like how the chicken and... beef comes from sources where antibiotics and growth hormones aren't used. They are listening to their base. Read more
Beef patties aren't hot! Onion rings overcooked and oily. A bit of disappointment! At least the root beer float is good.
Nice place for quick stop. I ask for coffee and a hot water cup and she didn?t charge me for hot water . Very courteous.
