Customer service was amazing !! The food on the other hand wasn?t good. We tried the cauliflower bites, they were too hard... tasted not fully cooked on the inside (tasted like freezer food) Fries were okay but the gravy was watery and salty, clearlyfrom a instant gravy pack?. Wings were over cooked, super super chewy and barely enough sauce?. Bison burger look and tastedlike a frozen patty not home made like described? Overall too many food options that you can tell certain items have never beenordered Drink menu was great but had 0 prices on them, you really are risking it when getting a cocktail Overall experiencewasn?t that great, got hit on by some local/regular while smoking at my truck and didn?t take the hint. I hope there food in person is far better than having it delivered. Chicken ceasar wrap was dry and chicken over cooked. Ceasar... salad I am sure would have been great if there was dressing. Read more

We had an awesome experience with Bolton Jacks Pub & Grill! Our baseball team (around 40 people) had dinner there this past... weekend, and everything was perfect. The restaurant worked with us to pre-order our food ahead of time to make the timing somuch easier so we could get back to the Ball field! The service was amazing, quick and efficient!! Food was great and atmospherewas perfect for a large group. My go to place for amazing food and great price. The cheese meatballs app and pulled pork nachos are the best I've ever had and... every dish I've tried is delicious. The staff are all amazing hard working pleasant people that make it an even better diningexperience. I've tried every cuisine type that they serve and I've been very happy with each one especially considering howmany options that they offer! Most places don't come close to the variety and QUALITY of the food that they serve here. Trustme when I say that this place is worth a try, they get busy on the weekends but it's worth the wait. Started ordering through UberEats during covid. This restaurant has so many different options to please everyone in the family:... from 2 years to 30s. We've tried almost everything on the menu. The samplers are the best, lots of options, and all tastedelicious. Great high end options including seafood. We went in for the first time recently. Cute little pub located in downtown area! Staff are super friendly and the portions are huge! They don?t skimp out on the... seafood on their dishes and we ended up getting dessert (when we normally don?t) because we had such a great time. Read more
Ordered pick up, food was cold and disgusting. The ribs tasted and looked like it was microwaved. My husband joked it looked... like dog food. Everything was pretty terrible, especially the soggy fries. I certainly will never waste money at this restaurantagain. I?ll spend my $130 somewhere else and not regret it.
