Went in today and the lady who served me looked like she hated her job. Her name was Alyssa, she seemed so annoyed with me when... all I wanted was smoothies. Then her and her supervisor Shamila were making drinks and looking over at us and laughing! Greatservice! Read more
Second time that I have been there and could not order a smoothie because they were out of ingredients. In fact they had a list... of items that were not available among them were bananas, strawberries, mangos and few others. They said they would be gettinga shipment in a few days. This is what constitutes service these days. It's quite pathetic. Some owner buys a franchise andjust phones it in. Does not care about the customer experience. Just wished to do minimal effort and rake in money. If I wereBooster Juice, I would vet their people a bit better. If you feel like taking a gamble that they might have actual product inthe store, wake up the manager and have a visit. I have not had this type of experience at any other Booster Juice. Staff is helpful, everything is fine at this location but they barely have any juice material. Like i try to get fresh juice (... red sunrise ) 10 times and most of the times their juicer doesn?t work or they don?t have apples, beetroots. Just requestingbooster juice to provide them enough fruits and stuff. Read more
