Ordered online, told 20-30 mins. Arrived at about 25 mins after confirmation text. Told just 5 more minutes, they were standing... around not busy. Told 5 more minutes, they tried to hand me someone else's order. That person came in and paid cash. They thentold me 7 more minutes. Girl ran back and started to scramble and start order. I stopped her and informed her that the entiretime I've been waiting, I watched her handle the phone, touch her face and handle cash. She kept her gloves on and never washedher hands or changed gloves before she grabbed my dough. She then argued that she's busy she doesn't have time to switch glovesand she washed her hands before she put on her gloves, so it's ok. I'm now waiting for my order and it's been over an hour sinceI placed the order and told 20-30 mins. The wait time would be understandable if they were busy and it was a mistake. Theunsanitary handling of the food is a huge issue. When I complained to the manager, they ignored me and never offered to make itright or offered a refund. Read more
I ordered pizza for party and pizza was not per my order they were aware about it but they didn?t make it good and charged for... everything. I have to garbage it and when I called them she explained that we were aware about it but will not do next time.Pizza was so soggy toppings are coming out of pizza. Read more

Pizza was good but they burnt the garlic bread.
Good taste, crispy dough. Ordered today at lunch was ready in 20 mins and was well worth it. Its city south pizza after all
Best pizza place in town! I got 4 different vegetarian pizzas. Absolutely amazing. They load the pizza with toppings and bake... that pie perfectly! Highly recommend them. Solid 12/10 Read more
I don?t like to give bad reviews, but here it goes.. New to the area, people told me that this is really the ?only spot? to go... to 1st visit: Pizza was burnt and uncooked at the same time? I know I don?t get it either (bottom of pizza burnt, veggies andtoppings on top uncooked). 2nd visit: Pizza was awesome, happy I gave it a second chance and it?s the reason I went back for a3rd time. 3rd visit: Today I was told pizza would be ready in 35 minutes, got it after 1hr and 10 minutes, a little overtime isacceptable but a whole extra 35 minutes? That?s not cool, and again the pizza doesn?t taste good?.. Maybe it depends who isworking, but I will never be back again? totally unacceptable. Now I gotta throw out an entire pizza City South Pizzas sloganis ?Always good to the last bite!?
