They made my blizzard very sloppy and when I asked them to do it again a girl name Laura very rudely picked up the blizzard that... was thrown the garbage by the employee pick it up and said nothing was wrong with it and she would not make another one. Ordered 4 items, 3 out of 4 had no flavour it seemed like the just overdid the vanilla ice cream and did not add any toppings... or sauce. Extremely disappointed as this was our favourite Dairy Queen. Went back to let them know and they told us because wewent outside (right outside on the bench) they could not do anything about it?.. not sure who has the time to try everythinginside a small Crowded store when your with a family of 4 before you leave to ?ensure? what you pay for is actually what yourgetting. Ordered my daughter birthday cake from here it was amazing they did an excellent job
I was quite disappointed to find that when i ordered my blizzard, i got basically just vanilla icecream. i ordered the turtles... blizzard and asked for extra pecans and whoever made it, made it 2 mins after i paid and was like here you go and there wasbasically no pecans or mini chocolate turtles in it. very disappointed:/ Read more
*NEW OWNERS? not welcoming or friendly. Other locations serve way more ice cream/toppings and sauces (all locations should serve... the same amount, however this one does not). I understand charging extra for extra toppings and ice cream. These new owners willcharge you for EVERY LITTLE THING. Giving 2 stars only for the flavor of the ice cream but won?t be giving my business anymore.The previous owners will truly be missed! Read more
