Very disappointed with my visit. I have never experienced such a bad management at any other Gauc Mexi grill locations. When I... went to the store restaurant was out of gauc and rice. The girl told us that rice will take 15 to 20 minutes. We Waited for 20minutes and she said it will take another 30 minutes. Once again after waiting for 30 minutes she said it was not ready and willtake another 15 minutes. The restaurant was also out of some of the toppings which are usually available at other locations. Ordered the Taco Bar for a get together and the food was amazing!! The owner of the restaurant was awesome to order from - he... was very organized, offered many options and he even prepared the order early to meet my time constraint. When the hot sauce wasmissed he drove all the way to my house to delivery it and wouldn?t accept any compensation! The food was delicious and greatvalue - we had left overs for days! I have yet to come into this place and have a friendly experience with the staff. Never friendly, always acting as if your mere... presence is an inconvenience. It doesn't matter whether it's busy or empty inside. The cost vs the amount of food/freshnessyou get also doesn't compare. I'll go to Quesada for a much more pleasant experience! Read more
