If I could rate this restaurant a zero I would , took forever for the food to come and there was hardly anyone at the... restaurant. I had the Nashville chicken burger I cut it in half and took two bites of the sandwich and I took look at it andthere was a hair In my sandwich I had to pull it out a little and I wasn’t showing my hair I wear a head scarf and it wasblonde hair . This was disgusting I literally lost my appetite after I have never experienced this in my life and the waitresshad the nerve to say it would be 50% off when the food should have been free at this point , there was someone else hair insidethe chicken burger , I would definitely not recommend this restaurant horrible service horrible food I would never go back again. I am a bit dissapointed with the quality and taste of the food at Kelseys. I got the breaded shrimp starter and the chicken... burger with fries for the main. The shrimp starter was over seasoned and tasted very salty. Would not order that again. Thechicken burger was decent at best. Not much flavor and also tasted a tad salty. The food was really good and the cake dessert was not as fluffy as it looked but sadly the variety is smaller to pick from than... before and they have removed a lot of food, they gave big portions that I had to take some home. The service was not the bestand could use improvement because I waited for what felt like forever just for someone to deliver my meal and get the check. Read more
Need new management. Dessert menu have 3 items with ice cream but no Ice cream were available. Come on keep customers happy, if... you can't get your shipment in time. Buy at Walmart that stock plenty of ice cream. But I guess it is better to charge fullprice for items on menu that are not as advertised. No thank you, plenty of other well managed restaurants in Bolton to support. You won't see me and my family again. Read more
This is the garbage food and quality you can expect from eating at Bolton Kelseys. Long wait times, under staffed and some... servers with 0% skill for customer service. I will never go back there even if they paid for my meals for a month. Mine and myfamilies meals were trash and cold. The bright side is the dogs got some food they don’t normally get. Read more
Just attempted to eat breaded chicken thighs. I don't think Kelsey's own any spices. The most bland meal I've ever eaten. Tastes... like I'm drinking a bottle of oil. Chicken it self has a weird taste as well. Mashed potatoes came with the gravy containerpushed into the potatoes. Maybe the container had more flavour than the chicken. Read more
Had a great experience. Service was great and food was delicious. I will definitely go back. We've ordered Mac n Cheese for the... I came here last night with a few friends for drinks and I was beyond impressed with the service! We showed up a little late and... our server Sam was the most accomodating and kind!!
