The staff is not nice. We look like stupid keep on talking about our order but she's not paying attention. She just focus doing... something to her watch. I saw some flies too. Gross!!! Hope the manager will review the cctv how she acted. We ended up toleave because she's terrible! Read more
Extremely dirty every single table to the floor being all sticky... even though it's on a long weekend Saturday, shouldn't be... like this. Had to use their complimentary newspapers as a table cloth. It would be nice if we could get a refund after placing amobile order, that should be the next step on every restaurant mobile order app. Oh yeah and their garbage bins are all full tothe top like the city streets, didn't want to take a photo looking all awkward. Only went to this location because of thecinemas next door, this would be the last as there is actually another independent mcdonalds across the street. Also took over10 mins for 3 happy meals to arrive, juice boxes and literally minimal fries vs other mcdonalds with no napkins unless you askand no ketchup packets... what's going on lol. Read more

There?s never enough employees and they do an order at a time the wait time is ridiculous you have to wait atleast 20 minutes... for your order your better off going across the street and getting terrible service but you?ll get your food faster my onlyadvice is hire reliable people so they get some help in the actual kitchen I feel sorry for the manager she?s always by herselfand that?s why it takes so long she needs help !!!! Worst McDonald?s! They aren?t able to get the orders right. Waited half hour in the drive thru line up for them to forget the... drinks and give us the wrong order. Tried to knock on the door to get them to fix the order, no answer. This has happened waytoo many times. Avoid this location! Read more
