Order for mobile pick up. Waited for 30 minutes! Went inside they told me they gave it to my car. I said if i go right now it... will be in my car. Went out checked nothing came back. Told the lady my order showed the receipt and she had no idea brought mea different order. I pointed out my order behind her and she just didnt know what was going on. I ordered on the table but they didn?t bring and asked me to come and take your order!, for second time I ordered an ice cream,... again no body cared and they didn?t bring my order. When I asked them about my order they were so rude and gave me the smallersize ever of ice cream cone. The crew needs to learn how to respect Customer. Read more
For all times I got my food from there, the service is always very slow. You gotta be chasing them for your orders. Also what's... the logic behind preparing drinks/desserts in advance and then putting them on the shelf if no one is going to remember aboutthem? Had no choice but to eat there on a late night trip after traveling all day with the family. It was across the street from the... hotel. Probably one of the worst McDonald's experiences ever. Between staff not paying attention to the orders to the cold,stale and burnt burgers, the food was barely edible. To top it off, 2 of the kids nugget Happy Meals didn't even have nuggets. Instead they got 2 containers full of some white, creamy sauce ????. Kids were obviously upset. Went back and complained. Took over 20 min to get replacement nuggets and I didn't even eat my food as it was cold. They blamed it on the runner grabbingtartar sauce containers instead of nuggets. Poor excuse in my opinion. Also, I have never heard so many alarms going off inthe background of a McDonald's drive thru. Fix whatever is wrong with your system. Read more
Probably one of the worst McDonald's I been to in Canada. As many others mentioned, food is not prepared properly, sometimes... raw. Whole place is so messy (dining area and where the people work). The Manager does not know how to handle high traffic ofpeople coming to this location. McDonald's Canada needs to visit this location and see what's going on. This place needs tooverhaul the current management and bring in someone new who is more competent to bring this up to the standards of otherMcDonalds locations. Read more
