I visited the store for a crème brûlée and waited for over 10 minutes for service, and I was the only one in line. Anyhow,... the display of the crème brûlée it really looked horrible but I was really craving it so I went ahead and purchased it andfour dollars later the sugar on top was burnt and then under the burnt layer was another thick layer of sugar that was not evenmelted, brown sugar that is. I am really disappointed in this desert especially when they should be specializing in deserts willnot be going there again horrible horrible horrible please either fix the dessert or take it out of your showcase completely!!!! Beautiful store! Open, warm and inviting. Great selection and laid out to create a market experience. Cold meats, hot table,... breads, deserts and coffee as you make your way clockwise around the perimeter. Not sure what you want? Sit down and enjoy abeverage and a snack in the centre of the floor. Seriously over priced! Almost eight dollars for a latte? Not even Starbucks cost as much. Service was horrible waited ten... minutes until lady was done speaking with her friends that were already served. Will not go again. Read more

One of my favorite places! This is where I go on my cheat day! Probably the best cannoli on the planet!!! (mind you I have... never visited Italy) Coffee is wonderful and the food is amazing. The baked goods will make you want to slap your mamma andthen sue her civilly. The staff is very friendly and quite frankly, just a delight to deal with.
