Garbage service. Need change of management. As I go through reviews . Owner likes to reply to good reviews. Bad reviews are not... taken care of . Looks like Popeyes these days hands store to just anyone. Employees work with AirPods tuning out what customerneeds. Especially old guy works there needs early retirement ???????? Read more

Picked up food for the family last night. We all got separate combos As we were eating i did not get spicy chicken like i asked... for & the worst was a long white hair imbedded in the fries of my wife's chicken tenders combo.. Food is good if you get whatyou want. Hair is gross & nasty definitely they have to make sure hair nets work & all employees wear them @ all times.Qualitycontrol @ that location is non- existent.Attitude there is you get what i give you. I went into this Popeyes?s today at lunch time today August 23, 2022, this was by far the worst chicken I have ever eaten some... of the chicken had a sour taste, the chicken was definitely old and stale I will never go back in here, also to ad the chickenwas also cold. The drumstick was partially black I took a bite and couldn?t eat it and smelled foul, It was non-edible, I triedanother piece and it was sour, the other pieces were also sour I spent 15.00 and threw it out. I?m not sure what your locationis doing but public health should shut you down. Save your money on this location and go to KFC or another Popeyes. I read onprevious comments the owner believes people are making fake bad reviews but this definitely isn?t and whoever reads this if yougo and eat the chicken you will most likely know what I?m talking about if you try this location, unless the owner makeschanges, which I doubt they will. Very friendly staff. It's a generic food restaurant and we have to give review not just on the food quality alone. The customer... service of one particular individual ( I asked his name and it was Sheraz) was just amazing. Me and my family had a wonderfultime. We left our wallet and Mr Sheraz returned it by going above and beyond. Highly recommend this restaurant for its smilingand honest service. Ignore the dumbfounded reviews for this store. God Bless! Friendly service, sandwich and fries was so fresh. Chicken was crispy and tender and juicy. Must try their classic chicken... sandwich. It was delicious ???? Everyone seems to waiting few mins for food. Which is ok. Long as we get fresh food I don?t mindthe wait. Ordered a poutine and got exactly what I was expecting. A good amount of hot fresh fresh fries with gravy and cheese curds in... the right sized container. There was another customer doing a large order when I walked in and they opened another register totake my order so I wouldn't have to wait. Much much better than the Bramalea and sandalwood location. Read more
