If i could put no starts for the experience i had today i would gladly do so. first off the lady working the drive thru kept... asking me how i?m going to pay even after i had redeemed my tim?s reward points for a free coffee. i don?t understand what shewas so confused about as i scanned the card and told her it should be free, she had no clue what was going on. finally i went totake a sip of my half coffee half french vanilla after waiting 20 mins in the drive thru for it, and that?s when i realized ihad spent 100 of my hard earned tim?s reward points on a medium cup of hot water. such a disappointment. in conclusion don?tcharge customers money just to give them a tasteless cup of hot water. They never have a mobile order ready when I placed it 5 minutes before saying start the order. Now. How is it that so many Tim... Hortons do not? I repeat do not have your mobile order ready when it is supposed to be. There was a Tim Hortons at the no. Frillstore in Dixon and Islington that had it on the counter. Always very busy, not very friendly staff. No matter what we order we never get napkins at this location. Today hot chocolate... was so watery. Absolutely unacceptable. Also I ordered TT and got DD ???? Went back with hot chocolate and explained hotchocolate was watery they game me a new one, asked again at the window did you guys double check the machine the gentleman said?yes? so I took the hot chocolate and received the exact the same as the first one. Countless times my order was made wrong. I've reached out to the store a few days ago again over my entire order being wrong, I... went through the drive thru to get this order. No management was 'available' apparently. So during a mid-day shift you have NOMANGER on site? Interesting. I left my information with a worker who clearly didn't pass it along, as no one from this store hasreached out to even apologize for their mistake. As a resident in this town, it's frustrating to have to check my ordereverytime through thr drive thru. I have reached out to head office as well. Still nothing. They've lost my business at thisparticular location. I've worked at a tims before. They stress speed instead of accuracy. This is the wrong way to look atthings. Train your staff to do it right 1st then the speed will come. Below is what the usually mess up on me. I ordered asteeped tea, 2 sugar and 2 milk. This one was marked on the lid but made with at least 2 CREAM and no sugar... and WAS COFFEE!! my sandwiches were wrong and 2 completely wrong donuts... thanks for taking my money and not standing by your quality orservice. *not specific to this location, I'm referring to all locations I've gone to* 99% of the time the coffee is not drinkable near... half way through the cup due to coffee grinds. Tim hortons used to be the goto place for a cup of coffee in my family of misfitsbut unfortunately not anymore. I Hope tim hortons makes some changes to the way they brew coffee or filter or whatever it isthey need to do. Cups are horrible, always leaking or lid falls off. The price is high and the quality is low... what a shame. Read more

Tried out the French toast bacon and egg sandwich today and it was amazing. I also ordered the chicken Caesar wrap, which was a... little tough and also a broccoli soup that was delicious.
