I always have problems going to this CFA but they?re always small problems. Today for breakfast I waited in line for around ten... minutes for my sandwiches to come out. Ordinarily it wouldn?t be a problem, but they gave me a wrong biscuit. I had used areward on one and that?s the one they got wrong. They gave me two of the same biscuit. 40 year Chick-fil-A customer, and I don't know what recent changes y'all have made to your chicken, but you've missed the mark... by a long shot. It's dry, inconsistent, and tough in spots. Just like Coca Cola went back to the, Classic Coke" back in theday, please revert back to the "Classic Chick-fil-A Sandwich", because this new version inhales vigorously. Read more
When you see your meal delivered to the wrong vehicle. Let them wait for a couple of minutes sifting through your food to return... it. Instead of getting fresh food, that same food now sitting back on the counter is delivered to your car. Having asked forfresh, you wait and watch the girl behind the counter hide it in the corner and move the food to a fresh bag and drink holder.My husband asked if it was ?fresh? this time and we were told yes once again. Having sent it back again, I really hope we didactually get fresh food? I will add that the delivery ladies were helpful and friendly. Typically the service I?ve had here has been unmatched by any other fast food establishment. They?ve gotten a wrong order or... two in the past but will usually compensate you with a reward or fix your order with no issues. The staff are always friendlyand welcoming and they are super fast even though the line can be long in the mornings and at lunch time. Read more
