Good food. Customer service is a hit or miss. Im not going to complain. They are courteous and very welcoming.m when coming in.
I was disappointed beyond belief with this particular location. My daughter and I have celiac disease and Jersey mikes is one of... our favorite establishments to frequent because until this experience, we can eat safely there. Before I go any further, Ifully understand and accept that there are never any guarantees in terms of cross contamination, however all of the otherlocations I?ve been to went out of their way to make sure they lessened the chance of this happening by making our sandwiches inthe back with toppings and condiments that haven?t been cross contaminated. The employee behind the counter not only stated shewouldn?t do that, she also had a terrible attitude and acted as though I was asking her to sacrifice her first born. She clearlyshowed no concern that this wasn?t as issue of simply personally preference, but of a legitimate medical condition that I can?tcontrol, even after explaining this to all three of the employees kindly. Up until today, Jersey Mike?s has always been so kindand accommodating to our gluten allergy. The employees annoyance was so profound that even the guest behind me leaned over andacknowledged the fact that their attitudes were inexcusable. None of the three workers behind the counter offered to help.Everyone acted as though this common practice was ?asking too much? to keep someone safe. I left extremely embarrassed andtearful as I frantically searched for another option to feed my daughter on our way to the next commitment. This will be thelast time we ever step foot back into this particular location. No one should be made to feel as an inconvenience for a foodallergy that they cannot help. Read more

This was my first time going here. I must say this is one of the cleanest and nicest place I've seen in a minute. The staff was... awesome. I really loved that management was cleaning as her workers where working and not just standing around watching them. IfI remember right her name was Bri. I received my order in nice timing and it was great. Great job to you and your staff. Read more
It use to be a real nice place for a fresh sub but it appears that the quality of the service has gone down. I gave them 5 stars... originally as I had been multiple times and my order was consistently correct and the service was excellent. Recently, that isnot the case. The customer service is more of a burden and the food service is often incorrect or not timely. Das because Ireally liked this location and my wife and I have been coming consistently and telling our friends. But that probably won't behappening again until something changes. Read more
Ever since they opened this store, my girlfriend has ordered probably at least a dozen sandwiches. She has me go pick it up for... her and deliver it to her at her job as she is a nurse and can't really get away for that long. My interaction with this storehas been absolutely wonderful. They have never gotten the order wrong and she requires the gluten-free bread on her sandwich doto her celiac disease. They always make sure to not cross-contaminate by using the knife on the regular bread and thentransferring it over to the gluten-free bread. Celiac is a autoimmune disorder. And in her case she could stop breathing if shehas bread or anything with bread product so it is extremely important for them to get the order right and they always have. Shealways orders the gluten-free bread with the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. No lettuce, no tomatoes, no onions. They make asuperb sandwich. Please see photo enclosed. I have been to this location just before the lunch hour Rush or during the lunchhour Rush and in the evening Rush as well. I call ahead every time and typically the order is ready when I get there or at leastit is being prepared at that moment. They always give you the time frame when the order will be ready. The appearance of thestore is always clean and the restrooms are sanitized. This is a new building and they are doing their part in keeping itlooking nice which the community appreciates. This location is on the north side of Chick-fil-A on Highway 96 located inbeautiful Bonaire, Georgia. I love it that they confirm your order by reading it back to you to insure proper service and that'swhy I always leave a tip because it's very important that they do that. This isn't your typical Subway restaurant who serves a$5 sandwich in 2 minutes. Wish I could give 0 stars. Extremely disappointed in the staff, initially. We walked in on a Sunday and there was no greeting,... we waited for 10 minutes or so before our sandwiches were made because they were working on a large catering order, and then weleft with our sandwiches in our hands because they didn?t offer or give a bag. This was our first time here, and more thanlikely our last because there are better options around. It took 3-4 people to work on a catering order while they had otherwalk ins standing and waiting in line. So many things could have went completely different to make this experience a good onebut I won?t recommend anyone to this location. Read more
