Needs some work....it's mostly run by teens and young adults...they just need a little more pep in their step. Alot of mess on... the floor out front w employees just stepping over it...kind of a drama discussion center...not very customer interactive...Idid notice the manager or shift leader trying to keep them organized...but it's like watching a pre-k teacher control sugarcrazed tots around nap time....lol. I had never been to this location before and it was not a good visit, from start to finish. I ordered at the drive thru and they... were out of several drinks and barbecue sauce. Got to the first window to pay and a girl was loudly cussing at her coworkerworking at the window. Like hellooo, customer present, complain when y'all are alone. Went to the next window and I was told topull into a spot. Normally I'm totally cool and don't have a problem with waiting, but I sat there for at least 20 minutes. Theyoung woman that brought my food out was very nice and apologetic. My husband checked the bag, food wasn't hot like I'd hopedfor since we waited so long. And we ordered two combos and only had one fry and no sauces, so I had to go inside. And waitedagain. Nobody was at the register, and there was another person ahead of me. The person that ran my food out had to stop whatshe was doing at a window and asked what was wrong. Again, super sweet and gave me what we were missing. So we finally go home,my husband sips his Sprite and goes "I better not be getting sick, this tastes like nothing." I tried mine...all carbonatedwater, no syrup. Huge fail and I won't be returning, I'll just drive out of my way next time I have a taste for nuggets. Read more

Sat there for a while before anyone acknowledged I was even there. I asked for no onions on my burger there were onions on my... burger. Didn't get any napkins in bag. But the food was good and fries were hot. Read more
Made a mobile order at 7:56 pm. Checked in around 8:05 and didn't get the order until after 8:15. What's the point of doing... mobile orders if they aren't any faster. They didn't bring our drinks out when they first brought food. Then one of the drinkswas completely wrong. Ordered a LG Strawberry Watermelon slushy and got a small I think mango? Slushy. Neither of the kids mealshad toys. The fries were a cold soggy mess. This is officially the worst mcd in Warner robins area. Honestly one of the worstIve ever eaten at and that's saying a lot. Food has burnt grill bits all over it and mixed in the cheese this is not edible much less safe to eat. No I don't want a refund... I would like one but your manager at this location aka winter doesn't wanna deal with customers so she makes shortcuts likesuddenly cash only or kiosk only she won't even talk to you. Wait there's more. See the fries they look great but they're sohard I just broke my damn tooth when I went to bite one. Idk if that justifies legal action, but Regardless this type ofbehavior is childish and unacceptable how can yall allow people to do this to your company. Read more
All i ordered was a 6 piece with sweet and sour sauce, 2 McChickens only ketchup, and a cheeseburger. This is what they gave me.... The food was cold and wrong. I waited 30 minutes for this. They didnt want to give me a refund so i had stood outside for almost15 minutes just to get 2 McChickens right. I didnt order fries due to McDonald's never making them fresh. I get it if its been arough day but i have worked at a fast food more than once and it shouldnt take that long nor should they be playing aroundinstead of making sure they get the customers food correct. Not only was my order wrong but so was other customers order wrong.The workers and manager that was working should not be working if they cant get the customers orders right. I will be lettingcorporate know that they were to busy playing around and gossiping about customers rather than making sure the customers orderswere right. I did not see anyone wearing gloves while touching everything. Some of the workers were to busy texting. But i guessthey think a job is all about texting and having fun. If thats what you chose to do then you need to be at home. Work is forpeople that wanna get paid. Not get paid to do nothing. No wonder why no one wants to work at places like this. Read more
