Customer service at the Bonaire location is truly lacking. The manager is unnecessarily rude when asked simple questions like,... "Do kids still eat free on Sundays?" "Can my son have a crunchy taco shell instead of the soft shell?" "What's the differencebetween Adobo chicken and white meat chicken?" This is the second time I've visited this location with my family. We figuredperhaps the manager was having a bad day the first time we visited and decided to try eating at this location again. Today, Ihave decided to no longer support this establishment. Not sure what the manager's problem is, as we've been nothing but cordial.I truly wanted to walk out and not continue with my order, but I did not want to make a scene. Just not understanding why askinginnocent questions that a customer should ask would trigger this manager so much. Only God knows. I've also witnessed him beratehis employees. I feel sorry for them. Please do yourself a favor and eat at the Moe's on Watson Blvd instead. Read more

This was my first experience with this location and their delivery service. My previous experiences with this chain is in a... completely different state. I will say that I was quite impressed with the quality of food and speed that the delivery took. Iwas quoted 44 minutes in the app and was surprised that it was delivered in possibly half that. The delivery driver was verycourteous and professional. Overall I was quite impressed. So you ask why not 5 stars? I deducted a star simply because theydid skimp on the amount of chips we should have received. We ordered 3 meals and got a bag of chips that was approximately oneserving. Then the salsa even though it tasted ok and as I would have experienced at the other out of state locations theappearance was not as appetizing. It looked like we got the last scoops that looked like they scraped down the sides and givenus the congealed scrapes to top the cups off. It didn?t taste bad just made me question it at first glance. There was nothingwrong with the sauce. But as I said I?m a visual person and that sort of thing kind of bugs me. Overall, everything tastedwonderful. It tasted fresh and delicious as I expected. I dont have any complaints on the food. Was great as always. However just a note here for the younger workers that particular... evening. I watched two of the 3 people behind the counter, reaching into their pockets to retrieve phones while having gloveson, texting on their phones, and then putting it into their pockets with their gloves on. Then immediately walk up and startmaking food without changing gloves. While you may think this is a minor issue, the health department will nail you for thatkind of stuff. I worked in restaurants and I've seen it. Glove changes take seconds and keep everything clean. Read more
Moe's is a little more expensive than most your other fast food restaurant places. It's a cafe style serving type where you... stand in line and point at items you want in your burrito or quesadilla or bowl. The white cheddar is worth getting with yourchips. There's no "meal deal", so you buy your drink separately around $2.40 when I was there. The was one of the lower costitems at between 8-9 dollars. The Junior burrito is half the size at one dollar less, might as well get the burrito. They havethe all in one coke machine that lets you pick between many drinks... Like vitamin power, dr.pepper, coke, sprite, Mello Yello,root beer, and I think ginger ale. BEST SECRET: They have a bottle of extremely, makes your nose run, hot sauce that you canrequest added to your item. If you love spicy, I highly recommend that you add double dose, for extra extra nose runny delight! They don't have that extra hot hot hot sauce where all the other sauces are... You must request it from them as they make yourfood! Get lots of napkins, because it's going to be a messy oh so good enjoyment! Matt who advised he was the owner was not honest about having fresh dark meat chicken available. When I saw the employee in the... back cutting up fresh dark meat chicken and asked about it; Matt advised that dark meat chicken was only for online and thedrive-thru; and refused to remake the order with the fresh dark meat chicken from the back.
