Ordered today and the person in the drive thru was great made one mistake we ordered 3 meals, 2 had cokes one had a sprite. We... ended up with 2 spites one coke. Not a big deal but we end up with no straws. So i go to the main doors and they are locked so iknock on them. 2 people see me and quickly disappear out of sight. So i walk around to the back and knock on the door. Nooneanswers, so i knock again finally someone comes to the door i said hey they forgot to give us straws, i will need 3 so the kid(maybe 19yrs old) goes are you serious! I stated yes i will need them. So he gives a big sigh comes back and gives me 7 strawsand proceeds to tell me to go though the drive thru next time! So inconsiderate and all the employees need a lesson in customerservice. Read more
They forgot to include the dipping sauce and when we came back around thru the drive thru were rude about us using the drive... thru to ask for the sauce. Having four kids in the car makes it harder to go into the building. Read more
7 o'clock pm all the chairs were put up on the tables. Waited five minutes to order we were the only customers in the dining... room. Food could have been warmer. Read more
