We arrived at 11:15 on Wednesday morning. My cousin and I ordered tenderloins. They were burnt so they weren't juicy. The... tomatoes were rotten. I put one in my mouth and immediately spit it out. There is nothing worse than the taste of a badtomato. The service and french fries were good. The bathroom, menus, condiments and floors were filthy. As I walked on thefloors my feet stuck to them. As other people walked I could hear their feet sticking to the floors too. This doesn't give mefaith that the kitchen is clean. There was broken glass on the patio where children were playing. Absolutely horrible service! We arrived and ordered a couple of hamburgers and a tenderloin sandwich at 12:30 on a Saturday. We... never heard from our waitress again. After more than 30 minutes, a different waitress asked if we had been helped. We said wewere waiting for our food. More than 20 minutes later, still no food and no word from our waitress. Like other reviews -we waited over an hour for our food. Only 3 people in our group. Entire place was empty probably because of... the service -food was very subpar. Overpriced for what you got and menu has changed from years past for the worse -swarmed withflies the whole meal -incorrect food orders but not worth correcting and having to wait another hour While I would like tosupport local I have come here 4 times and all of the times been very disappointed. I want badly to leave a five star review because this place is two blocks from where I grew up. But, service was slow at 100 on... a Saturday afternoon. Menu was straight off the food service truck. Doors to both bathrooms were broken and the men's bathroomwas gross. I get it...bar bathrooms are gross, but the chances that someone destroyed that thing at 11 AM are pretty low. Ialmost asked for a toilet brush to pitch in because I want to leave a five star review. I want to like this place, but thelittle things are slipping by.
