The manager was interviewing a 14-year-old kid for a job. It was interesting listening. The kid had been seeing the Help Wanted... sign and kids 14 and older could apply. The high school is adjacent to Braum's. Kid was a bit nervous but held is own. Themanager was extremely kind and encouraging. Dad was sitting nearby, letting the kid do his thing. It was nice to see somepeople DO want to work. That kid will do fine. Read more
I have always loved their strawberry poppyseed grilled chicken salad, which I picked up today for lunch. Unfortunately, I had to... throw at least half of the lettuce away because it had rust all over it and was totally inedible. I also had to throw away manyof the strawberries because they were not healthy looking. I was so disappointed since this is one of my favorite Braums items.The very same thing happened the last time I ordered and I was hoping maybe it was just a fluke, but apparently it?s their newstandard. I don?t believe I will be back. I would not have fed this to my dog, if I had had one! Read more

So sad Braum's goes from mediocre to BAD. Waited in drive thru this morning there was not many in parking lot -- lots of folks... in drive thru. It made no sense to me what took so long. Everytime I go they have new kids working that have no clue what theyare doing. So sad these kids do not know anything these days. I ordered pancakes with bacon got no bacon. I am not driving backto store with gas 5 bucks a gallon. Any restaurant in Bonham that has kids working has problems. This town wish I had not movedhere. It's a town with so many issues. Read more

This is the best place to get a burger in Bonham Texas. It was busy tonight the line was long when me my daughter and my... grandbaby pulled in about 8:30 but braum's efficiently and effectively acted quickly and still gave an exceptional customerservice to us the food was hot and good everything was there that we ordered straws napkins they gave us cup holder with thethree drinks and two shakes everything was awesome this is the only place to get a great tasting Burger and a timely fashionablemanner.
