I would give no stars if possible. We ordered cinnamon rolls and there was a fly baked in them.
Pizza was good, customer service not so much!
Pizza was excellent! On time and ready to go when we arrived.
Made a order for curbside pick up, even gave a tip. Once I arrived and called to let them know I was the only one in the parking... lot, I was told the curbside is no longer available and was asked to come in and get my order. I explained I wanted to retractthe tip as the service was not provided. The young lady explained to me she could not refund anything but could retrieve themanager who was sitting in his car smoking. Have always loved Pizza Hut and this one in Bonham is pretty good they are a little tight with the toppings. I wish they would... bring back the $11:00 anyway you want it large pizza that was great anyway best pizza I know of in Bonham that delivers althoughdelivery fees are so high I usually just pick it up. Also be sure to check for your special instructions and extras like extramarinara etc. Read more
Never been more disappointed than today. The bread for the sandwich was so burnt and rock hard it was inedible and what... happened to meaty marinara pasta? The new one sucks. Why fix it if it's not broken? Read more
