Taco Bell has gotten better in the past 4 months. I only gave the food for stars because it was kind of sloppy wrapped the guy... was working the drive-thru taking orders in providing the orders to the customers at the window at the same time multitaskingwhy another person worked the counter I don't know how many was in there cooking but it wasn't very long till I got the food Ihad to knock on the window because he did forget to provide me my drink that I ordered with my combo meal the food was fresh hotthe tacos were great the chicken quesadilla was a little dry and the nachos supreme my daughter ordered looked fabulous it wasan older white gentleman working drive through in the window kudos to him. It was just a mess it took me 4 times too get them too get the order almost right. They still put chips in my burrito. Still... ended up with no chips and cheese sauce. This store is always a mess. Between the 30+ mins in the drive thru to the wrongorders. They need to take 2 weeks to train the revolving employees so maybe the would stay and not have so much food waste. ???? Read more
They use to be fast in giving you your order but not any more. The last few times I?ve gone I end up driving off. It takes to... long to get your food. I even tried placing the order on the app. I get to the window after waiting 30 minutes in line for themto say I need to drive around again to get my order because it wasn?t ready. One drink, one taco and they wanted me to go backin line again. I told them to keep it. It?s ridiculous!!! Read more
Sat in line for 10 minutes after ordering. Didn?t check bag because it took so long and she was rushing us away from the... window. Got home only had half our order which was great after spending $20 Only leaving 2 star because the drive they ladiesshirt was super cool. Saw they had a new Chicken Sandwich Taco and was excited to try it. Got the 2 deal, one spicy, and the other not. Very sad to... say my disappointment is a little larger than the chicken nugget I found on the spicy chicken sandwich taco. Read more
I?m writing this review in hopes that they will listen and pay attention to the tickets when making the food. I order extra and... pay for it I expect to have extra. I ask for easy of something I expect easy topping. I ask them to give me beef not chicken ormark the special taco or burrito then I expect it to be how I ordered it. They don?t listen or they don?t care. When I come backhome with the food and it?s not right, I don?t want to drive back up there for them to fix it while the food gets cold. I don?tthink it?s asking a lot for them to take pride in their job. It just means less trips to this Taco Bell, but we?re limited inBonham for places. So I?m leaving this here and hope things change.
