It's so sad that everyone here is polite and quick but the manager responsible for ordering product needs to be evaluated for... causing a horrible experience. No ranch, no cup holders, no large cups, no medium cups, no chicken for sandwiches, the ice creammachine has been "turned off for the night" at 545 pm? This isn't a one time experience, this is the excuse everytime you stopthere. Just sad business management. Read more
Ordered hamburger with only cheese and pickles repeated order twice. Receipt even shows correct order. It was fully dressed. How... do u think it's fair to earn 11.00 an hour if you can't that easy of an order right. Won't be going back anytime soon Read more
If there was a zero star option then I?d be selecting that. I will never return to the Bonifay location. They are always out of... something. Once it was cups, twice it was ice, tonight it was lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and onions. The wait is alwaysridiculously long. Tonight I had to wait at the speaker for 10 min while they helped the customer at the window only to thentell me that they were out of all that stuff. Read more
this place is dreadful. not because of the food, but purely because of the management. some elder woman, margaret, was serving... RAW FOOD to CUSTOMERS. myself included. my order wasnt even correct. this margaret lady spent the entire time yelling at anotherworker who, god love her, was trying her best to do her job. she was trying to mop and with this old hag yelling at her it kepther from doing this job. this lady must go, in order for me and several others to return. Courteous staff, good food and clean restrooms!! Great place to stop if you?re traveling with dogs or kids? lots of grass in the... back and shady spots to have an impromptu picnic! I asked for a fish sandwich with onion added and an original chicken. The fish was like cardboard (dried out, like toast ) and... the lettuce was wilted. I can't even eat it. The chicken was anything but fresh. The bread is soggy, and the lettuce is wiltedbadly. I have bought burgers, always cold. So, I thought I would try something else. Geeeez! Read more
Half of our order wasn't given to us, and we had to ask for the forgotten items one at a time and keep going back to the... counter. The food was decent. Every table had crumbs, grease, or sauce smeared on it. The coke freestyle machine was out of 5drink options. A little pride in a job well done would go a long way here. Read more
I must say, sadly ????.. this is the best fast food place in Bonifay. Food was BK no surprise but fresh. Bathrooms clean, staff... friendly. I've stopped at all of them, frequently. Some need the franchise pulled! Bk in Bonifay is the only fast food u shouldstop at. Read more
