To whoever manages this location: Please teach your employees to make layered sundaes. I have been going to other locations and... I know how BR sundaes taste and look like. We showed up 40 minutes before closing. An employee saw us parking in front of the store and came out and asked if we were... coming in. They obviously didn't want us to. Once we got in I started to to ask for a banana split but she cut me off to saythey arent making sundaes any more. It was obvious they wanted to go home and I couldn't have felt less welcome. Anotheremployee started putting covers over the ice cream so we couldn't see the flavors, although he removed them when the employeewho first greeted us gave him a disapproving look. My daughter got a scoop and normally I would leave a big cash tip, even formarginal service, but I didn't leave any tip. I didn't get any ice cream for myself even though the whole reason we went therewas because I'd been wanting to go for a few days. I will never come here again. Read more

We got a double scoop of the Cookie Butter & Dulce de Leche Churro and WOW! They became 2 of our favorite flavors right away.... Hope they bring these ones back! Read more
