Went at almost 1am, no other cars in line and I felt it took too long to receive my order. The curly fries weren't that good and... the burger I ordered was so-so. It seemed like it was made good, I just wasn't wowed. I've had better experiences in the past ata different location. Read more

They fail to hand out receipts, so good luck getting points on the loyalty program, or sending a compliment or complaint.

Drove up to the drive thru. I had asked the guy who was taking the order, if they use MSG in the fries. First, he had a hard... time understanding (it didn't help that the speaker volume was low ). So he would repeat random letters. I even said it standsfor Monosodium Glutamate. Second, he had no clue what MSG was. Long story short. He told us to drive up to window and he cananswer the question. Arrive at the window and it's a woman. I ask her. Do you use MSG in your fries? She also had no clue. Whenwe questioned the seasoned fries on the menu. She said there is no season on the seasoned fries. And that the regular friesonly have salt. I said okay? I have a bad allergy to MSG. Then she comes back with a curly fry and a regular fry for me tosample. We ordered from the menu without the fries. She couldn't even tell us what was in the obviously displayed seasonedfries on the menu. Suggestions 1) Upgrade speaker system 2) Employ individuals who speak English/bilingual 3) Educate theemployees on how your food is prepared. Especially, and I emphasize food allergies. Read more

Bad, Ugly food. This fresh? I asked for a slice of onion to add to the chicken spicy, chicken sandwich. It was literally one... edge of an onion ! I won't dare send s pic...! Too embarrassing for them. I think this post is already saaaaddd enough. Theycharged me $1.25 extra for that. Read more

No dine in option so I go to drive thru, ordered a breakfast platter but for some reason there was no fork or spoon, I believe... you should make your workers more aware of what they're doing since they just did this, who knows what type of other simplemistakes they're doing Read more

UPDATE: Did reach out to the link provided below and it has been almost a week and have not hear back. That just tells me that... the franchise owner does not care just like staff they hire. ??????????????????- Horrible customer service, do not acknowledgepeople. When placing order they mute you when they are in The middle of order and don't say, we will be right with you. 2 carsin front took 15 minutes for our turn and still no hello, we?ll he right with you. I get it, it might be short staffed orwhatever, but that still should not take away from your customer service. Left without getting our food. Read more
