The food was cold, fries not fresh. We ordered through the app to puck up at drive thru. We get there and they tell us to go... park and wait. A guy comes out with our hamburgers only. We ask for the fries and drinks, he said I will go get them. Nevercame back. 10-15 minutes I went inside and explained I el still missing part of our order, the guy had the nerve to ask for myreceipt. Finally gave me the rest. By then the burgers were cold. I am an Uber eats driver.On 10/15/22 I had an order a little after 11:00pm I walked in not realizing that they closed the inside... at 11:00 according to the head Chief at the time Cindy... I walked in at the time that I did assuming that I was ok because thedoor was open and I didn't get any indication from any staff that I wasn't able to come in , I was nicely greeted by staff andwas able to get my pick-up order relayed to one of the McDonald's employees as she went to work on my pick-up order , but uponmy wait I got the attention of a very aggressive woman who appeared from the backline (cooking line) that I could see whilewaiting from afar, she out of know where acknowledged me and then mumbled then proceeded to come up to the front line , I'mspeaking in fastfood terms because I used to work fastfood so I understand the lingo . Anyway, She just came out shouting to methat they were closed and that I needed to leave, and quite frankly I thought she may have been like a special person or someonethat had special needs because of how she came at me I thought that maybe she was just telling me something that maybe shewasn't certain about but thought she should relay to me because that's what she thought was the right thing to say. I'm sayingthis because literally before this encounter Literally everyone else in the store had seen me and had acknowledged that I wasthere not to mention that I had a Frontline worker working on my order. So as she stated her words And I looked at her confusedand not replying politely thinking that she may be confused. Well..... After her rant she goes back to the backline for a good3-5 min she decides to come back and take it up a notch and shout out perfusly that I need to leave and leave now . . ! Very narrow drive-thru lanes, and the chicken nuggets were cold and a little tough when I busted them out after getting home... minutes away from the restaurant. I?m sorry, but I keep giving this McDonald?s a chance and every-time the food is horrible. Fries are always cold or taste old... especially if you go when it?s not a peek time. The sandwiches are either dry Tasting reheated, and my last experience my burgerhad so much ketchup on it I couldn?t even eat it and the fires had a ton of salt on them. This McDonald's is the best around. They have great customer service and are always very efficient. Even though sometime the... drive-thru lane is kind of long, it always moves relatively fast. The food is always very warm and the taste is really goodcompare to ther Mcdonald's around the area. Specially the coffee. It doesn't taste burned or cold like in the other McDonald's.Overall, one of the best in the area. Read more
Got a sundae , cookies and an ice cream cone. Cookies were fresh and amazing. However a bit disappointed about the sundae .... They now serve it without the little package of nuts. That's my favorite part. Read more
