Ordered online and never got my food!
Only two choices were left in the fountain drink machine: sparkling lemonade and Coke Zero. They refused to add points to my... account without a plastic card to swipe. The steak and cheese is especially disappointing for anyone who has eaten acheesesteak anywhere else. Just kind of sad. Read more
This is the first time I gave a 3 star review instead of 5 for any local restaurant business.... I ordered two sandwich... yesterday. From the picture, you can see there are only two slices of tiny, little, disappointed cheese... Moreover, I orderedhoney mustard for dressings. It seems like either my tasting buds are malfunctioning, or, they forgot to put it.....you guys cansee how dry the meat balls are without any dressing..... Anyway, I still wish Subway has a good business and the owner can dosomething about this mistake. However, for my further Uber Eat orders, I think I will try Subway in different locations,instead of this one on Bonita Road. Read more
Poor quality of service due to the lack of care for their customers. You wont get what you paid for. Spent 6 dollars on a 6 inch... meatball sandwich that only had 4 meatballs and it was mostly sauce. When I ordered a tuna sandwich I asked for simple mayo,mustard and sweet onion sauce. The guy drenched the sandwich in said sauces and barely put any tuna on the sandwich so all Itaste is sweet onion and the bread. Either hire better workers or teach the ones you have to do their job right. Read more
It was 1pm and there was only 2 types of bread available. Also not many meat selection or toppings were available as well. Not... to mention I work for Uber delivery this location failed to make the order. I was coming from otay ranch it said 11min. So whenI arrived to the location both girls spoke Spanish and said I don?t know you do that order. I speak Spanish so I understand whatthey were saying. The lady told me they just received this order just a second ago. I?ve never seen a manager at this location.So I hope the supervisor and manager start to train their employees better. Ordered a Sandwich platter on Monday 11/19/18 and would pick it up by 12:30 Tuesday 11/20/18 I left the order of what I wanted... and the person the counter said it would be ready for pick up on Tuesday. I showed up on Tuesday at 12:35pm and after waiting15 minutes waiting in line, (12:50pm) the person at the counter said they were barely going to begin to prepare the platter. The reason I pre-ordered the platter was so I can pick up at the time agreed and take to the function I was attending at 1:15pm Instead of apologizing the other counter person said just cancel it. I said okay and therefore I could not take anything tothis function. I will never order from that establishment again. I will let it be known that Subway in Bonita needs to get abetter quality of customer service / sand prep personnel. One star is too much of a rate it should be "0"!! Read more
