Customer service 4/5, my order 2/5. Pros: Super friendly and efficient cashier Drinks taste great after mixing them myself at... home Not busy or crowded, in fact it looked empty when I arrived. Order came out quick but... Cons: Waiting longer than usualas the only customer inside while employees chatted before taking my order. Order felt and looked very rushed, everything justthrown in the cup, not mixed very well with messy/dripping lids. Maybe they felt they had to rush my order as an apology formaking me wait before placing it IDK either way it's nothing personal, but from a purely business perspective the experiencemade me second guess returning in the future. The kids like to go to this TapEx because it's not so crowded. They close by 8pm and the wait is very manageable! The kitchen... closes by 7pm so you won't be disappointed if u want a snack with that Milk Tea (MT) or other flavorful boba.???? Not everyTapEx has the same hours! Good to know! Read more

There is very nice and cool Halloween decorations at this tapioca express, and they have special Halloween drinks ( Pumpkin snow... babble). I was so happy that they could customize a pumpkin snow bubble for me!!! The staff was very friendly and patient. Iwill definitely come back! Read more
