Line took forever so you'd think my food would be fresh and hot like they advertise. Nope. My bacon delux butter burger was... cold. It had double the amount of mayo than usual and had two tiny pickles that covered about a quarter of the burger and almostzero lettuce. My onion rings were so over cooked they were nearly burned yet they were cold. And I mean cold. Not even lukewarm. I could have gotten this quality of food from McDonald's for a much cheaper price. I don't know what happened at thislocation since last year when it was good quality. But I know I won't be back. Read more
I?ve lived all over the world, and never had a burger to this quality. This was my first time at Culver?s, and it was... incredible. Perfectly made, including special requests, and in a beautifully clean restaurant managed by Gaston. The taste wasexcellent, the butter bringing out the quality of the meat but not making the burger soggy. Perfection. Gaston?s service wasspectacular: attentive, good at explaining Culver?s norms, and even got me a little Scoopy stuffie to remember my visit. Icannot recommend this enough, and Culver?s leadership should be finding Gaston a top job. He?s a very lovely and highlycompetent professional. We absolutely love Culver's. My husband says it's the best burger he can get anywhere. I love their burgers, spicy chicken... sandwich, chili cheese fries, and concrete mixers are an awesome treat!! We drive 30 miles to THIS Culver's because it's THE BEST we have ever been to!! The owners of this location do not own the Fort... Myers locations - which is why it is so AMAZING! We pass several Culver's to get to this location because they have the BESTcustomer service, they make the BEST burgers with love, and are consistent! These owners obviously put a lot into training andhave a wonderful staff. I can't say enough about them! I'm happy to give them my $$! Also, if you're gluten-free, theirgluten-free bun is fantastic! I've never been to a Culver's. I was hungry and on my way home from an out-of-town appointment and decided to stop. The food was... great! Just as good, if not better than what I would have gotten in a restaurant. I ordered a cod sandwich that was hot andfresh, fries were hot and fresh, and my soda was icy cold. I normally don't eat 'fast food' but this was simply food served fastand delicious. Even the parking lot was clean as was the outdoor seating area. Read more
I really enjoy going this place as my to go option, but today was a little disappointing. I had order specifically a chili... supreme and I trust this place to give me what I order. I went back to my shop to eat on my break and looked inside the bag tosee that they gave me a plain chili but was charged for a supreme style and they forgot my sour cream packet as well. Read more
The chicken tenders are so incredibly delicious, the batter is thin and crispy, and they give you sweet baby rays BBQ sauce, so... pretty much God tier at that point. The pretzel bites with the Wisconsin cheese has to have Crack in it, it's so good ???? ???????? ???? Read more
