They never get our drinks correct. Tastes different every time even though it?s the same coffee order.
Really good breakfast sandwich, but the girl at the drive-thru forgot to include sweetener or a stir stick for my coffee and no... napkins in the bag. And this is a drive-thru only location. Am I supposed to drive through again for the stuff they forgot? ???? Read more
Breakfast sandwiches are consistently inconsistent. It's a toss up between super hot melted cheese on my egg or a cold slice.... Customer service is lagging behind other local coffee shops. I've got other options. Read more
Did not want to write a negative review about our 1st experience, however after a having rude person take my order for the 2nd... time I couldn't stay quiet. Not sure why customer service isn't adequate...I understand it's difficult to be cordial in today'sworld but I did nothing and said nothing to receive bad customer service. I hope this improves. Literally the weirdest drive thru experience. Me and my wife ordered drinks in the drive thru, we get up to the window, and we... must have waited 10 mins for our drinks while we?re listening to the whole staff is gossiping in the building.
