They never get our drinks correct. Tastes different every time even though it?s the same coffee order.

Breakfast sandwiches are consistently inconsistent. It's a toss up between super hot melted cheese on my egg or a cold slice.... Customer service is lagging behind other local coffee shops. I've got other options. Read more
Did not want to write a negative review about our 1st experience, however after a having rude person take my order for the 2nd... time I couldn't stay quiet. Not sure why customer service isn't adequate...I understand it's difficult to be cordial in today'sworld but I did nothing and said nothing to receive bad customer service. I hope this improves. I was extremely disappointed with my donuts. I bought a dozen and they were so stale that I threw them out. I didn't realize... they were fro morning and were so dried out . I was there around 5pm. Krispy cream bakes around the ? ck so theirs are alwaysfresh. I will not get my donuts from Dunkin again. Read more
Was at the drive thru for 10 mins, no answer. Pulled up to the window and staff said she was talking through the speaker, but... clearly wasn't. Refused to take our order. Literally the weirdest drive thru experience. Me and my wife ordered drinks in the drive thru, we get up to the window, and we... must have waited 10 mins for our drinks while we?re listening to the whole staff is gossiping in the building.
