Service was fine! I?ve never been to a Jersey mikes! $22+$2 tip for a sandwich that was really kind of nasty!

2 stars because he was nice. Came about half hour to close and got 2 regular subs. They ran out if white bread so could only do... 1 on white and 1 one wheat. I was charged for a regular sub on the white but it was so small. I guess he forgot to tell me hecould only make a mini on the white but instead charged me in full for what I asked for. I wont return to this location verydishonest. I don't mind the prices here when I get what I pay for. Read more

The Bonita Springs store is great. The employees really hustle & keep the line moving. Even during season, there were enough... employees to keep everything running smoothly. Sure the employees could be friendlier, but they are so focused on making thingsright. The food is good. I have no complaints. Read more

This is a sad excuse for a no bread bowl that costs $10. Ordered online can?t add toppings only can take off. If I would have... known it didn?t come with lettuce I would have never ordered. Fresh ingredients, quality subs. Good service, clean and well managed. I would go here again. I don?t like that they use the... same meat slicer for the meet and cheeses. They also have very limited vegetarian and vegan options. If you look at all thelarge franchises they?re starting to offer plant based protein because they know the prices of meat in the future are going toskyrocket. The employees and supervisor were very accommodating. My boyfriend has ???? to Jersey Mike's, but this was my first time. We... only order hot food. We noticed that the kid restocking the food service line was over filling the pans which meant they were inviolation of keeping the veggies at the proper temperature. Order food that needs to be heated to lessen food poisoning. Otherthan the over filling of food pans, we liked the food and service. Nice place to eat a Philly cheese steak. Read more
