When to get food tonight at 7:14p on Saturday, 2/19/22 and there was a guy working behind the counter and someone in the dinning... room hanging out and the door was locked. 3 people stood outside the door and I knocked and the guy behind the counter ignoredus. This place is awful. Subway is wonderful,this subway is not! The two ladies that are always there ,are causing issues with... customers.they also have issues with others stores in the same plaza.they don't make the food right and they are super cheapwith product even after I say I'll pay extra. If you go in on different days,and you order something different from the lasttime,they get rude and upset. The employees are harassing other businesses in the plaza and treat me like I owe them somethingeverytime I walk in for my lunch break. Also I understand Spanish and speak it fluently but If I don't feel like speakingSpanish ,they get mad cause they don't know English. But I can hear and understand the Spanish trash talk behind the counter.iwork 12-14 hour days and when I clock out for lunch I want to spend my money on A casual lunch.i walked away and got foodsomewhere else. Have been here many times to get subs, but recently started getting protein bowls at other locations. They're pricey but you get... a decent amount of protein for what you pay...except at this location. They have the chicken pre-measured in silicone trays thatare HALF the size of every other subway I've been to. I get more protein from a McChicken. Disappointed and now hangry. Will notbe returning. FALSE ADVERTISING!! If it weren?t for the friendly service, I would rate lower. They advertise a Steak & Cheese Melt, which is... billed as being pressed in a hot sandwich press machine. The in-store signage shows a sandwich with grill marks that hadobviously been pressed in a panini. They offer to do this to any footlong for an extra $1. Enter the scam. They smoosh yoursandwich by hand the toast in the same everyday speed oven they use for everything else. Save your money. Just have them toastyour sandwich for free, it?s the same thing. Read more
I happen to stop into this particular location of subway today, and have to say I very impressed with this young lady that was... on shift on how clean and organized everything was when I arrived. Happened to notice she was the only one on staff at thetime, and she stopped what she was doing to greet me right away. Not sure what her name is, but she was professional, andattentive. She also put effort into making the sub with perfection so it was a pretty nice experience, so she made my day. AlsoI drive right by here every single day on my way to the shop so I will be stopping in much more often ???? The food was good, but the store is not on the national app. Also the bathroom was kind of trashy, the soap dispenser is broken... and there is a bag of soap sitting between the handicapped bar and the wall. They could improve their service by working on thebathroom. Read more
I had the pleasure of being served by a young man named Chris at this establishment today. His attitude, and personality really... made my lunch experience very enjoyable. Do not order for delivery as they use doordash and our DoorDasher ate half of one of our sandwiches before delivery. Both point... the blame on one another and won't refund our money. Read more
