I?ve been coming to this Taco Bell for over 15 years now. The food is usually pretty good and the customer service has always... been great. Today though, the food left much to be desired. I placed an order for 3 of the Enchiritos and an order of the7-Layer Nacho Fries. Now, the Enchiritos seem to be $3.79 on their site but they were $5.99 at this location. The fries arelisted at $3.99 on the site but I believe I was charged $5.49 for them. I was fine with the higher price but the amount of foodI received was laughable. The Enchiritos were TINY. I even looked up videos of people trying the Enchirito because I couldn?tbelieve the size of the ones I was given and theirs were much larger than what I received. On to the fries - the portion wasvery small as well, like a handful of fries with a bit of the 7 toppings plopped on top. They didn?t even add the beans thatwere supposed to come on them. I really felt like I wasted my money here today. Their prices, like basically everywhere else,have been increasing quite a lot. A potato taco that a couple weeks ago used to be $1 is now $1.80, almost double what it usedto cost. I suggest sticking to their combo options. Read more
My favorite place to eat with me and my family. The manager and team members are always so friendly! We love it there.
You won't find a better Taco Bell in this area or maybe anywhere. Always accurate, very clean with happy employees. Has to be... one of the top managed stores in their company! Read more
I would like to say that whoever was working Monday 8/8/22 at 7:30 in the evening making tacos they were great! Very very nicely... put together. The presentation was excellent! Not often that I'd write a review for fast food, but Taco Bell in Bonita Springs managed to prepare all the food perfectly today... and It took me back to a time when Taco Bell was a very special treat. Had a smile throughout the whole meal. Kudos to thecurrent team. Read more

I am ABSOLUTELY SOCKES. A 2 chalupa meal costed me over 12 dollars. That is ridiculous. The chalupa was so hard that I could... barely eat it. The taco was very soggy and the drinks are almost always flat or running out of syrup. If the quality issue wasonce in a blue moon,, it would be ok, but its almost every visit. Well after posting all positive reviews Taco Bell has managed to disappoint me. I decided to try their limited time only... Enchirito. The price alone 6.99 was totally off putting ( when I was handed my bag with enchirito,nachos and cheese, pintos andcheese ( bless you for bringing back) and cinnamon twists ) I had to look to see if I got everything because the bag was light.For an enchilada ( aka Enchirito) sauce is everything. The lack of sauce in this over priced blunder is significant. In myopinion ( Taco bell fan since the early 1980s) this is one menu item that can stay in the history books. Read more
