Came in after a long day of driving for a nice meal after checking in. Fries were mediocre, barely warm with the taste of cheap... Costco microwave fries. Burger was average at best. Don’t come here looking for a meal that will exceed expectations. Staffis very pleasant. Read more
Wow this place is so bad I don't know where to start. First of all, THIS IS NOT AN ITALIAN RESTAURANT!!! The menu on Opentable... doesn't match the very limited paper menu you are given. This Hyatt must still be operating in high pandemic mode. Secondly,the waitress was surly and confused. 3rd, the food was marginally edible. The restaurant is inundated with birds that keepattacking the diners. This is the worst dining experience I've had in the area (I'm local) and one of the worst I've hadtraveling the world extensively for 50 years. Read more
Went here for dinner tonight with my family of four. One ordered the buffet and that allowed the kids to eat free. Food was... average at buffet but because the kids ate free it felt worth it. I did not order buffet and ordered off the menu. Food nevercame. Waitress didn’t come to check on the table so I sat for about 20 minutes before I waved another waitress (not mine)down. My waitress didn’t know why it was taking so long. I told her I didn’t want it since my family had finished. Shedidn’t offer to comp any food or put it in a to go box. I then spoke to the manager and she offered breakfast vouchers which Ididn’t accept. Their breakfast wasn’t great. At this point, I was upset because they did not offer to comp any part of themeal, make it quickly and box it up or send it up to my room. Very poor customer service. Read more
Food and service was mediocre. Mozzarella sticks were too salty. We ordered seafood pasta carbonara that was really... disappointing. Sauce had too much butter and no salt. The bacon pieces in the sauce were chopped extremely large. Tasted nothinglike carbonara. Tables outside and cushions looked dirty. Finally the key lime martini was awful. I really don't understand howa nice resort can have such a poor quality restaurant. Don't waste your money there. Read more
Had dinner here and we loved it. Love the charred octopus, the taste and presentation is fantastic. I also had the filet of beef... for my entre which was cook to perfection. My only comment is the risotto, it needed more flavor and cook just a little longer.Other than that, we enjoyed our dinner. Excellent service and friendly staff! ???? Read more
Good service and good dessert. Skip the dinner! Pre-Covid this place used to have a good prime rib dinner and tasty food, sadly... they must have lost their chef. For the main restaurant of the hotel, the food was beyond disappointing and barely edible.Presentation was there but taste was not! Hopefully they figure out a new chef quickly! Read more
So the rating of one star has nothing to do with the quality of the food, no this has to do with their deceitful business... practices. I made a reservation for four, two children and two adults for Thanksgiving. I did some due diligence read the menuprices etc to make sure it wasn’t out of my family budget and it wasn’t, even their prime rib Sunday was only 36 bucks. Soimagine my surprise when I received the check and it was 400.00 plus 80 dollar charge for my “large party” plus tax. It wasnever disclosed on the website or by the person who called to confirm my reservation that the pricing was so different thannormal FYI this was for a buffet! We weren’t even drinking alcohol! I’m disgusted and will never be back and willdiscourage anyone who will listen to avoid the place like Covid! Read more
