Although the discount coupon on the App did not work correctly the staff went above & beyond to correct the issue. Everyone at... this Wendy's are ALWAYS extremely friendly. This is a very well managed Wendy's. The breakfast sandwiches at Wendy's are theBEST. Way BETTER than McDonald's, Burger King, or Taco Bell. I just wish that their fantastic breakfast sandwiches were alwaysavailable throughout the entire day. I work at night and unfortunately am not up during the short time they are available. ???? Went through the drive-thru just before lunch started and the drive thru woman was so very nice. Accommodedated me with such a... pleasant tone even though it was not lunch I was able to get a large chili with cheese and onion and I asked for crackers and ahot sauce she made it and I was so happy... Food was hot and tasted great only issue was I asked for chicken nuggets along with my burger. The nuggets were great..til I... ate the last one . Because of having issues with my health and having a precancerous issue with my esophagus..Barrettesophagus.. which mine is actually worse. I can not have spicy or hot food..this was 1 of the plain nuggets that was spicy ..ithurt my throat and my inflamed tongue ( I'm in middle of treatments) so that was not happiness for me..the fries the burger (with onion I requested left off ) was delicious..the drink was a coke" it would had been better if there was ice in my drink butin general. Very good. Hot..and fresh tasting.. I did have time to go online and order but I definitely recommend you get aWendy's account..I've used mine many times for discounts..free food and points earned toward future orders. There is a point where a restraint should just apologize and say they are sorry, but they are out of tomatoes. These 2 sad... tomato slices are well beyond that point. Service was slow but polite, the rest of my groups' food was good. 3/5 starts based onthis visit. Read more
